Compliance with the right to personal data protection in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("General Data Protection Regulation" or "GDPR") is one of the essential tasks of CONVALENT PRIM SRL.

To ensure compliance with the provisions of the GDPR regarding the protection of personal data, we are prepared to use all necessary resources. This privacy policy describes how we collect and use the personally identifiable information you provide on our website.

1. What is the GDPR?

On May 25, 2018, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), known as GDPR, came into force. (General Data Protection Regulation). It stipulates that any Operator/entity involved in the processing of personal data is required to apply the new requirements and to provide, in a transparent manner, information on how the data is processed.

2. What is personal data processed for?

In accordance with the provisions of the GDPR, and the obligation to take care of your personal data, which we hold in our database, we inform you that it is used only for the purpose of carrying out our activities in relation to you: booking, sale, order registration, transport, delivery, warranty or service, customer relationship maintenance.

3. What personal data do we process?

We collect information to ensure maximum use of our services. In principle, we receive data that can be considered personal directly from you when you perform the following actions:

1) purchase any of our products (this may include, for example, your first and last name, phone number, email address, address);
2) request help from our customer service (this may include, for example, your name and phone number);
3) participate in contests, search for a job, or participate in other events we hold, for which we may need information about you.

In addition, we also collect additional information when providing you with services to ensure the necessary level of quality. These collection methods may not be so obvious, so we would like to explain what they are and how they are implemented (as they may change).

4. How do we use your personal data?

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and the legislation of the Republic of Moldova in force, personal data refers strictly to the relationship between valent.md (CONVALENT PRIM SRL) and the data subject (customer). We strive to treat the information provided with the utmost confidentiality and only for the purposes for which it was collected.
We use your personal data for the following purposes:
4.1. Contracting and managing customer relationships
a) accessing the website - when you access the website https://valent.md/, each time you open a page or file, your access data is automatically saved in the form of protocol files. Each data packet contains information about the website from which our website is accessed, the IP address, the date and time of access, the customer's request, the HTTP response code, the amount of data transferred, information about the browser and operating system used.
b) Geographical location - using the IP address, it is possible to estimate the geographical location of the internet user. Once the session is over, we don't store the IP address for geographic location purposes.
c) Placing an order - to process your requests, we use the personal data you fill in on the forms on the website, including your name and contact number.
d) product delivery - in order to properly perform our contractual obligations, we also process your personal data when you use our delivery service.
4.2.Recruitment
To apply for a position available within the company, you can access the job vacancies page. We will analyze your data and possibly process it in order to identify a vacancy. We store it in our database, and it is secured against unauthorized access in accordance with applicable law.
4.3.Data for communicating with customers
In order to communicate directly with you or through third parties about the products or services you have purchased from us or subscribed to, for example, to provide you with service messages. We may also contact you to offer you additional services that we believe may be of value to you.
Possible means of communication:
- Email;
- Text messages (SMS);
- Phone calls;
- Automated phone calls or text messages.

If we collect information from you in connection with a joint proposal, it will be clear at the time of collection who is collecting the information and which privacy policy applies. In addition, you will be given options regarding the use or disclosure of your personal information to a joint partner, as well as an explanation of how you can take advantage of these options.

4.4.Data for courts or other public authorities
We cooperate with the state and representatives of public law enforcement agencies to ensure compliance and implementation. We may provide information to law enforcement agencies upon court order, if we believe it is necessary to protect our property and rights or the property of third parties, to ensure public or personal safety, or to prevent or stop activities that we believe to be illegal. To the extent permitted by law, we will take reasonable steps to notify you if we are required to provide your information to third parties in a lawsuit.
4.5.Data for Google Adwords/Analytics web analysis
We use various web analytics tools from partners such as Google and Yandex to collect information about your interaction with our website and mobile applications, including the pages you visit, the website from which you visit us, the time spent on each page, the operating system and browser you use, as well as network and IP address information.
4.6.Cookie policy data
We use cookies to improve your browsing experience on our website. They are used so that users can easily resume their activity on subsequent visits to our website. Cookies are files that tell the server which pages to display to the user. Each cookie can only be used by the corresponding service provider (e.g., Google in the case of Google Analytics). The information collected through a cookie may be transferred to a service partner and stored on its servers in a country other than the country of origin. Although the information collected does not include personal information such as name, address, payment details, etc., it is used by the service provider and transferred to other persons in accordance with that provider's privacy policy.

Our website and mobile applications contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy policies or content of these websites, and we recommend that you read the privacy statements on each website you visit.
4.8.Data for personalized advertising
You may receive targeted advertisements or suggestions based on your interests, depending on your actions on our web pages and other websites, as well as on the products you currently own. These suggestions will be displayed on web pages in the form of changing product banners. The Company has the right to send the User notifications about new products and services, special offers, and various events. The User may opt out of receiving messages by sending the Company an email at sales.convalent@gmail.com with the subject line "Opt out of notifications."

5. Recipients of personal data

Recipients who process personal information are required to comply with legal provisions.

Access to or transmission of personal information may be provided to:
- Our company employees for the purpose of registering and fulfilling orders;
- The logistics department for order delivery;
- Company partners; Payment/banking service providers;
