Client Qualification Operator
What you'll do:
- You'll answer the calls that come into the company faster than Flash can;
- You'll learn to communicate with clients at the level of Charles Xavier's telepathic abilities (yes, we know he's from a whole other universe, but there's no one cooler than him);
- You'll help us note down homeowners' details for our managers who handle the calculations — house sketches, measurements, required colours and the data about the country the call comes from — so our engineers can take it from there. (sounds boring, looks mega exciting)
Solid skills we can't start without:
- Speaking Romanian as a native language (80% of clients are Romanian speakers, hope you didn't watch iUmor for nothing);
- Speaking Russian at an intermediate level (20% of clients are Russian speakers, we'll test how well you memorized ну погоди!);
- A pleasant, strong voice;
- Work experience in AMO CRM or Bitrix is an advantage (a platform you learn in a few hours).
Skills without which we can't work together:
- You pay attention to details.
- You can listen and learn something new.
