What profiles do we work with?
We are a partner of the German manufacturer GEALAN. We produce windows and doors from the following series: GEALAN S8000 74 mm, GEALAN LINEAR 74 mm, GEALAN S9000 82 mm, with a service life of 50 years.
What warranty do you offer?
After completion of the work, you benefit from a 5-year warranty on your project, covering the profile, glass, and mechanisms.
How long does it take to fulfill an order?
The completion time depends on the type of profile you choose. For PVC profile projects, the time from measurement to delivery to your home is 21 business days for standard color profiles and 45 business days for non-standard color profiles.
Four seasons glass or LOW-E?
Depending on where your house or apartment is located, we recommend choosing the type of glass based on how much light enters the interior. If you are in an area exposed to the sun, then we recommend choosing 4-season glass, as it will protect you from strong sunlight and keep your home cool during the summer. If you live in a shady area, we recommend choosing LOW-E glass for more light in your home.
How do I stop my windows from fogging up?
Window fogging usually occurs due to high humidity and poor air circulation. The problem can be solved by: 1. regularly ventilating the rooms; 2. keeping humidity within the 30–60% range; 3. ensuring warm air can reach the glass (do not block radiators with wide windowsills); 4. if possible, install a ventilation valve to provide a constant supply of fresh air.
Should I install the windows before or after repairing the walls?
Our recommendation: first renovate the windows, so that you can then cement the window openings and walls.
